Redgate Capital Partners
Redgate’s investment & development platform
Redgate Capital Partners has an established track record of acquiring, developing, and managing real estate and delivering attractive returns for investors.
Unlocking Opportunities That Others Miss.
Our integrated investment and advisory team brings 360-degree insight and expertise across off-market sourcing, acquisition, underwriting, regulatory approvals, development, asset management, and disposition. Through long-standing relationships across our platform, we uncover opportunities others may never see.
A Proven Track Record Built over Decades of Disciplined Investing
Since 2010, Redgate Capital Partners has delivered $1.1 billion in projects and placed $441 million in equity, leveraging deep local market knowledge across both high-barrier to entry and high-growth markets.
We source opportunities primarily through proprietary and off-market channels, where pricing, structure, and complexity create an execution advantage. The firm has sponsored two GP co-investment vehicles—New Urban Fund I, which is fully deployed, and New Urban Fund II—supporting more than $3 million in development value.
Today, we are actively executing an investment and development pipeline exceeding $275 million across sectors.
Our Strategy:
Redgate executes opportunistic, high-impact investments, including ground-up development, conversions, and repositionings, in supply-constrained markets where our local relationships and integrated development expertise provide a competitive edge. We invest with flexibility & discipline, adjusting our approach as market conditions evolve.
A Differentiated Investment Platform
Redgate sources and executes investment opportunities primarily through direct, off‑market channels. A significant portion of our portfolio and active development pipeline has been sourced directly, creating an execution advantage through access, structure, and pricing.
We invest ahead of broader market recognition in emerging and evolving outer‑urban neighborhoods. Our work has contributed to the growth and revitalization of communities across Somerville, Chelsea, Quincy, Revere, East Boston, Worcester, MA, and Raleigh, NC.
Redgate has deep experience across the full development lifecycle, including master planning, permitting, design coordination, development, and repositioning of large‑scale, multi‑phase projects. Our in‑house pre‑development and permitting capabilities support execution in complex, highly regulated environments.
We maintain hands‑on, partner‑level involvement throughout the life of each investment. Our in‑house project management and asset management teams ensure accountability, consistency, and active risk management from acquisition through disposition.
Redgate maintains long‑standing relationships with institutional investors and a loyal capital base, supporting repeat investment and long‑term partnerships. At the local level, we leverage established relationships with municipalities, permitting authorities, and experienced third‑party leasing, marketing, and property management teams.
