Redgate served as development manager for Bentall Kennedy on the adaptive reuse and vertical expansion of 22 Boston Wharf Road in Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood. The project transformed an existing two-story, 120,000-square-foot office building through the addition of a 56,000-square-foot expansion while navigating a complex urban permitting and construction environment. Redgate led the entitlement and permitting process, managed design and construction execution, negotiated consultant and construction agreements, and provided oversight of tenant improvements, helping reposition the asset and expand its office capacity within one of Boston’s most active commercial districts.
