Redgate is providing strategic advisory and project management services to support Mount Auburn Cemetery’s long-term vision for its 175-acre campus. Working closely with cemetery leadership, Redgate is guiding a portfolio of approximately 30 initiatives designed to enhance operations, expand community engagement, and strengthen the institution’s role as a cultural destination. The effort includes development of a comprehensive 10-15-year master plan, planning for future capital projects and facilities, and creation of a real estate acquisition strategy to support long-term growth and operational needs.
