Redgate provided project management services for Effective Ventures’ new Cambridge headquarters, a flexible workplace designed to support a global nonprofit organization with stakeholders across multiple international offices. The 17,000-square-foot corporate fit-out emphasized adaptability, allowing spaces to be rearranged and reconfigured to support a variety of work styles, meetings, and collaborative activities. Redgate managed the project from planning through construction, coordinating the design and construction teams, guiding stakeholder decision-making, and implementing a phased delivery strategy to support occupancy requirements while construction was underway.
