Redgate served as project manager for City Fresh Foods, overseeing the relocation and delivery of a new 18,000-square-foot production and distribution center in Roxbury, MA. After years of growth, the organization’s existing facility could no longer support its long-term operational needs. Redgate managed the project from initial planning through design, permitting, construction, and closeout, helping deliver a modern facility that supports continued growth while advancing City Fresh’s mission of providing fresh, healthy foods to urban communities throughout Greater Boston.
