Redgate provided project management services for the relocation of Fidelity Foundations from southern New Hampshire to a new headquarters in Downtown Crossing, Boston. Designed to support organizational growth and talent attraction, the two-floor, 9,000 SF workplace includes private offices, open workstations, meeting rooms, and employee amenity spaces. Working closely with IA Interior Architects, Redgate managed the project from early planning through construction, coordinating stakeholders, overseeing design and vendor management, and delivering a flexible workplace aligned with the organization’s mission, culture, and future growth objectives.
