Redgate provided project management services for The Wagner Foundation’s headquarters relocation to 485 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge Central Square. Seeking a location that would better connect the organization to community partners, cultural institutions, and public transportation, the Foundation selected a new office space designed to support its mission-driven work. Redgate led the planning, design, and construction process, managing contract negotiations, design coordination, project budgeting, construction oversight, furniture procurement, and move logistics to deliver a workplace aligned with the Foundation’s values and long-term organizational goals.
