10 Farnsworth is a nine-unit, ultra-luxury boutique residential development in Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood. Situated on a 5,240-square-foot infill site in one of Boston’s most dynamic neighborhoods, the property offers immediate access to the Seaport District, South Station, and downtown Boston.
RCP partnered with a landowner to execute an off-market acquisition, leveraging its local market knowledge, residential expertise, and development capabilities to manage risk and maximize value. RCP led all pre-construction efforts, including design, permitting, and contract negotiation, advancing the project through entitlements prior to executing the sale.
