RCP partnered with AEW through a joint venture to execute this off-market opportunity, leveraging deep local knowledge, residential expertise, and a strong understanding of regulatory and development processes to manage risk and maximize value.
Redgate led all aspects of the project’s design, delivery, and asset management through completion. In June 2022, the asset was sold to Invesco.
