219 Littleton Road is a redevelopment site in Westford, Massachusetts, formerly occupied by the Westford Regency Inn. Located just off I-495, the property occupies a highly visible and accessible location within one of the region’s strongest suburban residential and employment corridors. Redgate partnered with PGIM to transform the hospitality asset into a 300-unit Class A multifamily community, leveraging its development expertise, municipal relationships, and market knowledge to unlock value through thoughtful repositioning.
RCP led planning, entitlements, design, and development efforts for the project, which features a mix of one- through three-bedroom residences, including loft-style units, alongside more than 13,000 square feet of indoor amenities and extensive outdoor programming designed around resident wellness and modern living. Through strategic planning and close collaboration with municipal stakeholders, Redgate repositioned the underutilized hotel property as a design-forward residential community that helps address growing housing demand along the I-495 corridor.
