Gary is a highly skilled architect, construction manager, and real estate professional with broad experience in various building types, including life sciences, residential, hospitality, commercial office, retail, and industrial. He has managed the construction of over 2.5M SF of core/shell office and lab projects and office and lab fit-out projects. His expertise in contract negotiation and effective communication with owners, engineers, consultants, contractors, and city agencies has enabled him to successfully oversee large, complex underground construction, facilitate site infrastructure, and manage multi-acre/parcel redevelopment projects.
