Liz has 15 years of experience in all phases of real estate development, with a keen focus on pre-development. She leads pre-development activities and complex regulatory processes for ground-up developments across varying product types, including multifamily and commercial. Liz is experienced in supporting municipalities to secure public funding to advance their public planning initiatives and unlock land value. She has successfully led developments through Boston’s Article 80 Development Review as well as state agency processes, including Massport, MEPA, MassDOT, DCR, and MBTA.
