Adam oversees the full development lifecycle, including entitlement, design management, financing support, construction oversight, and asset turnover. His work spans Redgate’s investment and advisory platform. Drawing on deep expertise in construction management and project delivery, as well as a strong command of real estate finance, Adam brings a disciplined, strategic perspective to complex development initiatives. He is skilled at aligning stakeholders, streamlining execution, and guiding large, multidisciplinary teams through sophisticated real estate transactions and delivery methods.
