Ralph Cox

Ralph is one of the founding members and principal of Redgate. He has more than 30 years of experience in real estate, specifically in the acquisition, master planning, entitlement, highest and best-use analysis, and development of urban mixed-use properties, transportation-related distribution facilities, and industrial port-related buildings. Ralph is highly skilled at creating significant value for large properties by converting them into industrial, residential, retail, or mixed-use developments. He plays a key role in steering the strategic direction of the Investment Committee and manages Redgate’s Mid-Atlantic and North Carolina operations.
