Laura Gregoriadis

Laura is a key leadership team member and works closely with Redgate’s executive team to define and execute the strategic direction and growth of the organization and its investments. Laura is responsible for the company’s financial management and performance, including overseeing accounting, treasury, tax, and reporting functions. She supports the investment team in due diligence and underwriting for acquisitions and oversees the performance of the company’s projects and investor reporting. In addition, Laura leads Redgate’s compliance and risk management strategies.

Before joining Redgate, Laura was a partner at PKF O’Connor Davies LLP, a regional public accounting firm, where she led the Boston real estate practice. She was responsible for the practice’s profitability and growth, providing business advisory, financial reporting, tax, and other consulting services to real estate owners and developers in the Greater Boston area.
