His expertise encompasses detailed project planning, budget management, and the seamless coordination of multidisciplinary teams. Jack’s proficiency in MEP estimating allows him to deliver accurate cost assessments and optimize resource allocation on complex and large-scale projects. This specialized knowledge, combined with his comprehensive project management skills, ensures the successful execution of complex projects, consistently meeting both client expectations and industry standards. Before joining Redgate, Jack was an assistant estimator at a national construction firm, dedicating much of his time to preparing budgets, scope sheets, and pricing updates for owners throughout the project lifecycle, from design to construction.
