Chris Vlachos

Chris possesses a deep background in architectural design and project management and has had the opportunity to oversee a diverse list of projects throughout his career. Chris has over 25 years of project management experience from the architecture and construction industry and facilitated all aspects of the design and construction process from early conceptual design and permitting, to schematic design and design development, through the construction document and construction administration phases, which included quality control review, budget and schedule management, contractor selection, and team communication.

He has permitted, designed and administered construction on numerous Commercial, Residential, Institutional and Senior Living projects throughout his career.

Prior to joining Redgate, Chris worked as a Project Manager and Project Engineer at John Moriarty & Associates and a Senior Project Manager and Construction Administrator at DiMella Shaffer Associates.
