Redgate led the renovation and expansion of a confidential private equity investor’s headquarters in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood, modernizing the existing office through multiple renovations spanning a 10+ year relationship. Acting as an extension of the client’s team, Redgate supported lease and work letter negotiations, assembled and coordinated the project team, and oversaw budget, schedule, design, construction, and occupancy. The completed workplace featured private offices, collaborative workspaces, conference rooms, café areas, and advanced AV technology.
The success of the project led to a long-standing relationship, with Redgate subsequently supporting similar office renovations and workplace initiatives across multiple states.
