Redgate provided strategic advisory and project management services for the restoration and modernization of the historic Christian Science Plaza, a 14-acre landmark and prominent public gathering space in Boston. The project included reconstruction of the 70,000-square-foot reflecting pool and installation of a 125,000-gallon stormwater collection and infiltration system to improve sustainability, resiliency, and long-term maintenance. Redgate led planning, permitting, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and construction oversight, helping transform the plaza into a more accessible and welcoming environment while preserving its historic significance.
