Redgate served as advisor and Owner’s Project Manager for the transformation of an underutilized side alley at Little Folks Community Daycare Center into a new outdoor play space for children and families. Working as a pro bono community initiative, Redgate guided the project from planning through implementation, helping the daycare navigate funding, budgeting, procurement, and construction. The team supported the successful grant application process through the Children’s Investment Fund Early Education and Out of School Time (EEOST) program, while managing cost estimating, value engineering, scheduling, and day-to-day project execution to deliver a vibrant new outdoor learning and recreation environment.
