Redgate served as owner’s representative and real estate advisor for this evaluation, helping the company establish a new global headquarters. Redgate supported site selection, feasibility analysis, workplace planning, budgeting, and lease negotiations, providing the insight and analysis needed to inform the company’s decision to relocate its global headquarters to Boston. Building on its advisory role, Redgate continued to support the company through design and construction, while leading Transition Planning & Operational Readiness. Redgate established governance and a structured change framework; aligned cross-functional leaders across HR, IT, Security, Facilities, and Communications; and developed a comprehensive transition roadmap integrated with design and construction milestones. The team is coordinating training, move planning, and on-site move-in execution; providing first-week occupancy support; and managing post-move stabilization, helping employees transition smoothly into a new workplace model while maintaining business continuity and enabling teams to be productive, connected, and confident from day one.
