Redgate is serving as a representative to Artemis for two office-to-hotel conversion projects sponsored by Calco Hospitality: 601 Indiana Avenue, Washington, DC, and 2100 Crystal Drive, Arlington, VA. Redgate is providing strategic oversight of design and construction activities while advising Artemis on execution, risk management, and coordination with sponsor teams throughout development.
