Redgate is leading a comprehensive planning and feasibility effort for the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston’s future Collections Center, a transformational initiative focused on the long-term preservation, care, and stewardship of the museum’s collection. Located on a 12-acre site in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, the project will transform an existing 156,000-square-foot warehouse into a state-of-the-art collections storage and conservation center. Redgate is leading strategic planning, programming, design oversight, cost validation, and stakeholder coordination to help refine the project’s long-term vision, support institutional decision-making, and advance fundraising efforts for this significant preservation initiative.
