Consolidating its footprint from 130,000 square feet to 98,500 square feet, the firm sought to create a more collaborative and efficient workplace while minimizing disruption to daily operations. Redgate led project planning, including analysis of the firm’s overall real estate footprint and occupancy strategy, lease and work letter review, team coordination, and implementation. Through an integrated approach spanning early strategy through execution, Redgate helped deliver a workplace aligned with the firm’s culture, talent objectives, and long-term needs.
