Redgate managed the entitlements, design, and construction of The Platform, an innovative performing arts venue created in partnership between BioMed Realty and Global Arts Live as part of the 585 Kendall development in Cambridge, MA. Designed to bring arts, culture, and community programming to Kendall Square, the venue features a 400-seat theater, flexible performance spaces, rehearsal facilities, and publicly accessible gathering areas. Through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, entitlements, and project management, Redgate helped create a new cultural destination that expands access to the performing arts while supporting the continued evolution of one of the country’s leading innovation districts. The Platform serves as the cultural hub of 585 Kendall, BioMed Realty’s premier life science development.
