Redgate provided owner’s project management services for the buildout of 75 outpatient medical facilities nationwide for TCN, a national provider of mental health services. As part of the program, Redgate assisted with lease negotiations and site selection, then coordinated all phases of design, permitting, construction, and relocation for each location, each of which presented its own unique scenarios and solutions. Throughout the program, Redgate served as a strategic connector, continually introducing TCN to valuable industry relationships tailored to its evolving needs, helping the organization accelerate delivery and scale its national footprint efficiently. The team introduced customized reporting tools tailored to the client, enabling visibility into 10+ active projects simultaneously. Weekly project update meetings and requisition reviews ensured schedules remained efficient, transparent, and aligned with client expectations.
