Redgate served as owner’s project manager for LEGO’s brand-forward, 157,000-square-foot, LEED Gold- and WELL Gold-certified U.S. headquarters in Boston’s Back Bay, designed to support more than 800 employees while prioritizing wellbeing, accessibility, and sustainable design. Redgate coordinated workplace branding, design execution, landlord engagement, and regulatory approvals, including Boston Fire Department review and compliance. The 157,000-square-foot headquarters features a full-service café, coffee bar, and kitchen facilities on each of its six floors. Upon completion, the project was recognized by CoreNet Global with an Award of Excellence.
