301 Barber is a 107,929-square-foot property acquired by RCP through off-market negotiations in partnership with North River Company. The asset was 100% occupied by Charter Communications at acquisition, and in December 2023, ownership successfully executed a 10-year lease renewal with the tenant.
RCP and North River Company serve as co-GP partners with shared roles and responsibilities. North River Company oversees day-to-day property management, while RCP manages future development opportunities at the property.
