Leveraging its market insight and development expertise, RCP unlocked value in a highly desirable riverfront location through the acquisition and advancement of the site. RCP led the project from initial concept through design, permitting, and entitlements, securing all necessary approvals and completing construction documentation. With entitlements in place and 100% construction documents completed, RCP strategically sold the fully permitted site to Hines in March 2013, positioning the project for successful delivery and lease-up in a supply-constrained market.
