26 Forest Street is a 121,648-square-foot, Class-A office building located on a 31-acre campus. RCP acquired the site in December 2023 through off-market negotiations well below replacement cost and with strong potential for future development across a mix of uses. RCP plans to stabilize the existing office building at 26 Forest Street while advancing multifamily redevelopment opportunities at 50 and 62 Forest Street.
