Maxwell’s Green is a ground-up, LEED-certifiable apartment community adjacent to the Green Line and near Harvard, MIT, and Tufts. Units range from studios to three-bedrooms. Amenities include a fitness center, chef’s kitchen, and ample on-site green space.

RCP partnered with a local landowner to execute the off-market acquisition, leading all aspects of design, development, and disposition.

Delivered in 2012, Maxwell’s Green was an early catalyst project in Somerville’s evolution into a premier rental market.
