Erik Servies

As Senior Vice President, Erik oversees the entire life cycle of a project —from early planning stages to public approvals, to lease negotiation, to design and construction—as well as program, contract, budget, and schedule management; political and stakeholder coordination; sustainability strategy; and post-occupancy planning. Erik is a licensed architect with over 20 years of experience in design, program/ project management, contract management, cost and schedule control, risk management and mitigation for various project types ranging from research labs to office campuses and university work.
