James Holland

James is a proven leader, capable of managing large, complex projects with significant teams. He manages project teams’ day-to-day operations, leading efforts in design development, vendor selection, budget and schedule management, monthly requisitions, construction administration, and coordination of owner vendors and third-party consultants. His corporate projects portfolio includes assignments for Fidelity Investments and Transformations Care Network (TCN) to assist in delivering innovative solutions, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve strategic objectives. Likewise, James has played a significant role in managing projects for various institutional clients, handling tasks such as move management, capital projects oversight, and other special assignments for prominent academic institutions, such as Dartmouth College, MIT, and Harvard Graduate School of Design, while currently working with Georgetown University on their deferred maintenance projects.
