Molly Kennedy

Molly focuses on predevelopment planning, design management, and construction oversight for varying-scale ground-up residential, mixed-use, office, and other developments. She brings a wealth of knowledge in areas such as commercial lease analysis, investment analysis, fundamentals of real estate development, advanced investment analysis, and real estate finance. In her current role, Molly manages various projects’ entitlement, predevelopment, design, and construction phases, leveraging her skills in strategic analysis, business negotiation, and project management to ensure successful completion. She is passionate about creating innovative and impactful real estate solutions that enhance the urban fabric and meet the market’s evolving needs.

Before joining Redgate, Molly worked as an asset and development manager, managing state and local entitlement processes, assisting in joint venture negotiations, and securing MassWorks grants.
