Tess Marunich

Tess Marunich is an Associate focused on asset management and investor relations at Redgate. In her role, Tess supports the management and performance of Redgate’s investment portfolio while working closely with investors and internal teams across investment, development, and asset management initiatives.

Tess’s responsibilities include financial analysis and reporting, investment and asset-level analysis, investor communications, and supporting the execution of business plans across Redgate’s portfolio. She works across the investment lifecycle, helping translate asset-level performance and market fundamentals into actionable insights for Redgate’s investment partners.

Prior to joining Redgate, Tess was on the asset management team at the Davis Companies, focusing on their industrial and self-storage portfolio.
