As a founding partner of Redgate, Tom has over 30 years of experience in real estate development on a wide range of large, complex mixed-use projects, including office, institutional, life sciences, residential, and sustainability. His expertise includes highest and best use analyses, due diligence, financial underwriting, master planning, development management, regulatory permitting, and managing design and construction activities. Tom brings a strong understanding of negotiating ground leases, development agreements, tenant leases, and major contracts.
