Redgate partnered with local restaurateur Michael Aldi on a portfolio of restaurant concepts integrated within Redgate’s Revere multifamily developments, including Dryft Revere and Fine Line at 500 Ocean and Mila’s at Gibson Point. The collaborations bring locally rooted dining to residential communities, creating social destinations that complement building amenities and strengthen neighborhood identity. Redgate managed planning, design coordination, permitting, and construction so each restaurant could operate smoothly within active, occupied environments. Working closely with Aldi Companies, the team balanced hospitality vision with technical execution, aligning restaurant operations, infrastructure, and branding with the character of each property.
