500 Ocean is a 2.7-acre waterfront development located directly across from Revere Beach and adjacent to Wonderland MBTA Station, featuring 7,000 SF of retail space fronting Wonderland Station Plaza. As part of the master-planned Waterfront Square District, the property offered a unique opportunity to create a transit-oriented, mixed-use destination that served as a catalyst for development within one of Greater Boston’s most transformative waterfront neighborhoods.
RCP partnered with a landowner and CrossHarbor Capital Partners to execute an off-market acquisition on Revere Beach, leveraging its local market knowledge, residential expertise, and development capabilities to manage risk and maximize value. RCP led all aspects of design, delivery, and asset management, ultimately executing a successful disposition in 2021.
