The Congress Hotel is an adaptive reuse, office-to-hotel conversion of two historic buildings located at 15-19 Congress Street in downtown Boston. The project will deliver an 82-key boutique hotel through a significant renovation that leverages both Federal and Massachusetts Historic Tax Credits.
