FoxRock Properties engaged Redgate to serve as development manager for Ashlar Park, a five-building, 465-unit residential community on the former Quincy Medical Center site. The project features resort-style amenities. Redgate led all aspects of project execution, from early design and team assembly through construction and occupancy. A key focus included navigating the adaptive reuse of the hospital’s historic administration building, which now serves as the community’s central amenity hub. Completed in 2024, Ashlar Park received multiple industry awards, including the “Rethinking the Future” Global Architecture Award and the MAA Large Community Award. Its design features landscaped pathways, a strong connection to the surrounding natural context, and curated spaces for resident programming.
