MIT engaged Redgate to provide strategic advisory and development management services to deliver new graduate housing as part of the Volpe Redevelopment project in Cambridge, MA. MIT committed to delivering at least 1,500 graduate student beds, including 670 across two new buildings on its West Campus. Redgate leveraged its P3, entitlement, and financial advisory expertise, culminating in the successful execution of development and property management agreements that enabled MIT to meet its bed commitment while leveraging a third-party development and management company.
