This Country Club hired Redgate to manage a comprehensive renovation and expansion of its clubhouse and amenities, including increased indoor and outdoor dining capacity, a new Porch Bar and family dining venue with an adjoining terrace, a new social pavilion, and a fully upgraded and expanded kitchen designed to improve culinary operations and increase production capacity. The project reconfigures spaces across multiple levels of the clubhouse while advancing the Club’s long-term Facilities Master Plan and enhancing the overall member experience. Through disciplined budget and schedule management, stakeholder coordination, and transparent communication, Redgate is helping the Club realize its vision while maintaining operations and exceptional service throughout construction.
