Redgate was engaged by Dimock Health to evaluate how its real estate portfolio could support the organization’s long-term mission, with a focus on campus planning, facility utilization, asset management, deferred maintenance, and future development opportunities across its Roxbury campus. In parallel, Redgate is serving as Owner’s Project Manager for the transformation of the historic Zakrzewska Building into Boston’s first Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) program for men, overseeing design and construction coordination, historic rehabilitation, and supplier diversity initiatives that support local economic growth and workforce development.
