14 Oak Park Drive is a 166,404 square foot multi-tenant innovation destination. The 14-acre site is located within the suburban life sciences and technology cluster of Bedford, MA, with visibility off Route 3. Uniquely positioned with large, functional, and efficient floor plates, along with multiple loading docks and entrances, the asset offers flexibility to attract a wide range of users, with easily subdividable floors and the ability to accommodate a variety of uses. RCP formed a joint venture with Optimum Asset Management and AEW to acquire 14 Oak Park Drive with a business plan to reposition the existing building into a Class A, multi-tenant life sciences asset.
RCP completed all necessary base building upgrades and was responsible for all aspects of the project’s entitlement, design, delivery, and asset management, relying on its local knowledge, sciences experience, and regulatory and development expertise to manage risk and maximize value.
