100 Crosby Drive is a 288,000-square-foot office building located on a 51.5-acre site that RCP converted into a state-of-the-art sciences facility. RCP formed a joint venture with Optimum Asset Management and AEW to acquire this property through a limited marketing process. In the spring of 2022, RCP signed a lease for the entire building with Sarepta Therapeutics Inc.
RCP led all aspects of the project’s entitlement, design, delivery, and ongoing asset management, relying on its local knowledge, sciences experience, and regulatory and development expertise to manage risk and maximize value.
