Redgate helped Moody Bible Institute unlock the value of approximately eight acres of underutilized campus land while preserving its mission and long-term operational flexibility. Our team led strategic planning efforts to repurpose non-core land for academic reinvestment, developing financial models to evaluate feasibility, return on investment, and a range of mixed-use redevelopment scenarios including residential, retail, office, and institutional uses. Redgate structured private development transactions to align with Moody Bible Institute’s institutional priorities and governance requirements, led developer procurement & selection efforts, negotiated with private-sector partners, and worked closely with city agencies and key stakeholders throughout the process. The effort culminated in multiple successful transactions, including land dispositions supporting approximately 2.5 million square feet of future development, generating significant value to advance MBI’s long-term priorities while preserving flexibility for future campus use and growth.
