Redgate led development and project management for a 442,000-square-foot life sciences campus in Montgomery County, MD, supporting the expansion of laboratory and research capacity in one of the region’s fastest-growing life sciences markets. The campus includes two build-to-suit lab and office buildings leased to global biopharmaceutical tenants, along with structured parking and supporting infrastructure. Redgate managed entitlements, site planning, utility coordination, design, procurement, and construction execution from early planning through project completion.
