Developed for a global biopharmaceutical tenant focused on advancing life-saving cell therapies, the facility was designed to support research, development, and cGMP manufacturing operations, including CAR T-cell therapies. Redgate managed the project from planning through delivery, overseeing design coordination, permitting, procurement, construction execution, and tenant integration to ensure the facility met the specialized requirements of a highly technical life sciences environment.
