Since 2018, Redgate has supported Boston University, one of the nation’s largest private research universities, through project management, planning, and real estate advisory assignments across its three-campus system.

Redgate’s initial engagement began in 2018, providing project management expertise to Boston University’s Construction Services, Facilities Management, and Planning Department. Acting as an extension of the University’s internal team, Redgate supported the master planning, design, and construction of administrative, faculty, and staff facilities, helping BU develop strategies for campus growth and providing the resources needed to implement them.

Key projects included:

Information Services & Technology (IS&T) Master Plan: Redgate delivered approximately 50,000 square feet of space across four separate locations as part of an initiative to consolidate Information Services & Technology (IS&T) personnel, improve space and operational efficiencies, and free critical academic space near the center of campus for future growth.

Clinical Psychology: Redgate managed the design and construction of approximately 30,000 square feet of new space to support the relocation of the Clinical Psychology program from its existing offices in Kenmore Square.

Following the completion of these earlier assignments, Boston University re-engaged Redgate in 2025 to provide strategic real estate advisory services that supported the University’s 2024–2026 Institutional Master Plan.
