Redgate is a trusted real estate advisor and ongoing resource to Georgetown University, supporting capital improvements across the Hilltop, Medical Center, and Law Center campuses. As an extension of the University’s Capital Projects team, Redgate provides program and project management services that advance critical deferred maintenance, renovation, infrastructure, and new construction projects from planning through construction.
Building on this relationship, Georgetown engaged Redgate to advise on the potential redevelopment of Village A, an aging undergraduate housing complex. Redgate is leading the evaluation of a potential P3 delivery model, providing financial modeling, feasibility analysis, risk assessment, and strategic advisory services to help the University determine the most effective path forward.
Redgate’s work also includes project management for the renovation of Georgetown University’s Edward B. Bunn, S.J. Intercultural Center (ICC), overseeing planning, design coordination, and implementation of a major roof replacement and photovoltaic system upgrade that addresses building envelope deficiencies while advancing the University’s sustainability goals.
